Schnoodle Sizes and Coat Colors
Schnoodles come in various sizes. Most common size that I breed are the small and miniature size. It is helpful for you to let me know if you have a definite size preference at the time that you place a deposit.
large Toy Schnoodle Weight 9 - 11 lbs. 9 - 10 inches at shoulders Small Miniature Schnoodles Weight 12 - 15 lbs Height 10 - 14 inches at the shoulders Miniature Schnoodles Weight 16 -20 lbs Height 11 -15 inches at the shoulders We do our best to try to guess what size each of our puppies will be. We weigh our puppies at least weekly and try to get an average weekly weight gain from them. Puppies that grow 3-4 ounces a week will most likely grow to be a small toy. Puppies that grow 5-6 ounces a week will most likely be large toy. Puppies that grow 7+ ounces a week will most likely be miniature size. One thing that any breeder cannot completely guarantee is the size that each puppy will be. Some puppies just grow longer than others. |

Keep in mind that your puppy may take after the poodle size which could be 10 - 15 lbs.
Or it could take after the Schnauzer side....each Mother has her own size ranges. We will keep an eye on the growth rate of your puppy to help you choose the puppy who will grow to be the size that fits your needs best..

These photos show the size of our dogs relative to one another. They are all a great size to walk and cuddle. But in no way delicate or fragile. (note: These dogs are now retired) Reach out for questions on the sizes of our current females
Schnoodle Colors: Shades from Light Apricot to Red
I breed a White Schnauzer to a Dark Red Poodle. The puppies that are born are usually shades of apricot. . The photo below shows a darker apricot on the left and an apricot on the right. Coat colors may change slightly through a dogs life.
The photos below are Zoey's puppies.....

Below is an example of how a coat can change on a Schnoodle. Below is a photo of Coco's puppy, Toby. When he was born, I called him Snowball because he certainly looked white at first....
Around 3 and 4 weeks of age, Snowballs coat started to get more peachy.......
Snowball's new family named him Toby. Look at the photo of Toby at 1 year old. When his adult coat came in the texture is more wavy and a darker red. Of course, the natural lighting versus indoor lighting makes the coat look different as does the camera and the computer monitor. But you can at least see that the color does change from birth to adult. |
